Washingborough Bowling Club

WELCOME

The Bowls Club is situated behind the Community Centre in the village of Washingborough, approximately three miles east of Lincoln.

We have an excellent green, comprising eight rinks, and a club house with refreshments available.

Our season runs from April to August, league matches are played Monday to Friday evenings, and Sunday mornings. Internal club competitions are played most Saturdays. The green is available for “roll-ups” all week, excepting Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings whenn it is closed for green maintenance.

We also hold several social evente throughout the year.

The club is always keen to welcome new members, whether novices or experienced. There will always be someone to give you a game.

We offer a warm welcome to people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds to join us in playing this highly enjoyable and sociable game..

Equipment is available and we offer tuition for beginners. All we ask is that you wear flat-soled shoes.
